RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Living Free from Worry and Anxiety Online Course

Effective Date: 1 September 2026

We want you to feel confident when registering for the Living Free from Worry and Anxiety online course.

Because this is an online service involving digital content and live teaching, the following policy applies, subject always to any rights a consumer may have under applicable South African law.

1. Cancellation Before the Course Starts

If you change your mind about participating in the course, you may contact us to request a cancellation and refund.

Where the request is made before the course begins, and course content or substantial digital materials have not already been accessed or supplied, we will consider the request for a refund in accordance with applicable law and this policy.

2. Cancellation After the Course Has Started

Once the course has commenced, refunds will generally not be available where the participant has already received or accessed substantial course content, recordings, worksheets or other digital materials.

However, we understand that unexpected circumstances can occur. Refund requests after the course has started may therefore be considered individually and fairly.

3. Failure to Attend

If a participant registers for the course but does not attend one or more live Zoom sessions, this does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund.

Participants should contact us as soon as possible if they are unable to attend.

4. Technical Problems

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing the course, please contact us promptly.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem and restore your access before considering a refund.

5. Cancellation or Postponement by Lester Holland Ministries

If Lester Holland Ministries cancels the course, participants will be offered the choice of:

• transferring their registration to a rescheduled course; or
• receiving an appropriate refund.

6. Refund Requests

To request a refund, please provide:

• Your full name
• Email address used during registration
• Date of purchase
• Proof of payment, if requested
• Reason for the refund request

Refund requests must be submitted through the contact details provided on the website.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

The time taken for the funds to reflect may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove, restrict or waive any rights that a consumer may have under applicable South African consumer protection legislation.

Where a statutory right to cancel or obtain a refund applies, that right will be respected.
